Service Description
Our collection hours run from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, so please ensure your containers are placed at the curb before 6:00 AM or the night prior to guarantee pickup. All containers should be positioned 2 feet away from mailboxes, vehicles, and other objects. If you have two containers, please place them on each end of your driveway for efficient collection. To keep the area clean and safe for our team, we ask that all trash be securely bagged and tied before placing it in your container.
Billing:
Valet Services sends out monthly /quarterly or yearly invoices via email on the 1st of each month. Payments are due upon receipt and considered late after the 7th, at which time a $10 late fee is applied. If payment has not been received or a payment plan arranged by the 15th of the month, services may be temporarily suspended and removed from our pickup routes until the account is brought current. We appreciate your prompt payments and communication to help keep your service running smoothly.
Service Rules:
To ensure safe and efficient service, please follow these guidelines for trash collection: All trash must be bagged and tied securely. No construction or interior remodel debris (drywall, wood, flooring, etc.). No hazardous materials such as paint, oil, or chemicals. Pet waste must be bagged and tied separately. All cardboard boxes must be broken down before pickup. NO BATTERIES, CONCRETE, ROCK OR DIRT. Following these rules helps us maintain a clean, safe, and dependable service for everyone in the community.
